Fleet manager for the entire Pfaff group, Jerome has worked with Pfaff for four years. While he’s been a car enthusiast his entire life – his first car was a 1967 Dodge Dart whose radio only had one working speaker – he happened into the business by accident, when his wife (then girlfriend) noticed there was a job opening at the dealership across the street from her workplace. He has since worked at three dealership groups, several fleet management companies in Canada and the U.S., and the Toronto Automobile Dealers Association.
Ann joined the Pfaff Volkswagen team in 2018 with an extensive amount of customer service experience under her belt. When she isn’t helping make someone’s day smoother, Ann-Marie, a Newmarket native, can be found working out, watching sports, or walking her two golden retrievers – Carl and Gracie. If she had to pick a favourite Volkswagen, it would be a Beetle!
